Most orders are delivered within 1 - 3 working days from order to your door. Outlying or farm areas may add 1 - 2 days. Cross-border export is not offered through the online checkout.
Delivery by our own team
We deliver ourselves. Raubex Fencing runs its own nationwide delivery and applies one fixed delivery charge of R1,375 to every order - the same flat rate for every product. You are kept updated and receive confirmation when your order is dispatched. EFT-paid orders ship only once funds reflect.
Heavy or bulky items may need suitable access for offloading. Please make sure the delivery address can receive:
- Palisade and mesh fencing panels
- Gates, posts and rolls of fencing
- Fencing wire, droppers and accessories
- Pallets of clay bricks, brick tiles and thin brick
- Large or made-to-order building materials
Collecting your order
Online checkout orders are set up for delivery. Collection requests are handled manually by prior arrangement and are not the default checkout path. Hours: Mon - Fri, 08:00 - 17:00.
Cut-off & holidays
Orders placed before 13:00 on a business day usually enter the same-day handling queue. Orders placed after 13:00 or on weekends and SA public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Risk & insurance
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer once our delivery team hands the goods over to you (or your agent). Inspect every delivery on the spot and note any damage on the delivery note before signing. Photos and a same-day email to info@raubexfencing.co.za are essential for any in-transit damage claim.
