How to place your order online

Ordering from Raubex Fencing takes about two minutes. Here is the full flow - from finding the right fence, gate, brick or material to tracking it on the way to your gate.

    Browse the catalogue

    Use the categories menu or the full Shop page to browse fencing, gates, wire, steel, cement, mesh and building materials.

    Open the product page

    Click any product to see the photos, price, stock status, SKU and available specifications. We only show product identifiers where they are verified.

    Add to cart

    Pick the quantity and tap the dark ADD TO CART button. The mini-cart drawer slides in from the right showing your running total. Repeat for as many items as you need - there is no minimum order value.

  4. 04

    Check out

    When you are ready, open the cart and tap Checkout. The checkout asks for contact details, shipping address, shipping method and direct EFT order-request details.

    Confirm payment

    Current checkout is an order request. We review the order, confirm delivery, and send direct bank EFT details. Do not enter card details anywhere on this website.

    Track your delivery

    You will receive order updates by email. We deliver with our own team, usually within 1-3 working days nationwide, with one fixed delivery charge of R1,375 for every online checkout order.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to order? +
No. Checkout works as a guest. We will email you the order confirmation and tracking; that is enough to follow your order through.
Can I get trade pricing? +
Yes. Established builders, contractors and resellers can apply for a 30-day trade account. Email sales@raubexfencing.co.za with your company name, registration number, VAT number and typical monthly spend.
What if a bulky item needs special delivery access? +
Items like pallets of clay bricks and brick tiles, fence panels, gates and rolls of fencing may need suitable access for offloading. Place the order online and we will confirm the estimated delivery date before dispatch.
Can I cancel or change my order? +
Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund including delivery. Once dispatched, the Returns & Refund Policy applies - 30-day return window for unopened goods, up to 25% restocking on opened items.
Are prices VAT-inclusive? +
Yes. Every price on the site is in South African Rand (ZAR) and includes VAT at the prevailing rate.
